The Ivy Tech Community College Northwest campus celebrated the Dec. 31, 2012 retirement of Chancellor J. Guadalupe Valtierra at Avalon Manor in Hobart.
Three hundred well-wishers from throughout the region and state attended the Jan. 23 event. Valtierra retired after 17 years of service with the college.
