HAMMOND | A man agreed to plead guilty Monday to a federal charge alleging he sold crack cocaine in 2013 in Gary, federal court records show.
Otis "Cuzo" Irvin Jr. could face up to 20 years in prison, according to a plea agreement.
Irvin was charged in October 2013 with selling crack cocaine to a police informant on three occasions between January 2013 and April 2013, federal court records show.
In exchange for Irvin's plea, prosecutors agreed to ask the court to dismiss two additional counts of distribution of crack cocaine.
The case was investigated by the FBI's Gang Response Investigative Team Task Force.
