The Northwest Indiana McDonald’s Operators will host McDonald’s McMentoring Night Tuesday, a special restaurant initiative designed to raise funds and generate awareness for local mentoring organizations.
During McMentoring Night, owners and operators of participating McDonald’s restaurants will give back 15 percent of sales generated between the hours of 4 and 7 p.m. to a partner mentoring organization.
Northwest Indiana residents are encouraged to visit a participating restaurant during the specified time to help support the fundraising efforts and learn more about how to become involved as a mentor in their area.
McDonald’s restaurants participating in McMentoring Night and the benefiting mentoring organizations include:
• McDonald's at 2002 Calumet Ave., Valparaiso; St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Student Center.
• McDonald's at 1527 W. Fifth Ave., Gary; Gary Life Education Initiative Inc.
• McDonald's at 3507 Franklin St., Michigan City; Hours for Ours.
• McDonald's at 2404 E. Michigan Blvd., Michigan City; Boys & Girls Club of Michigan City.
• McDonald's at 164 Pine Lake Road, LaPorte; Big Brothers-Big Sisters of LaPorte.
• McDonald's at 200 Boyd Blvd., LaPorte; New Prairie High School.
• McDonald's at 3904 Ridge Road, Highland; Highland HOPE.
