GARY | A free audio conference, "Athletic Opportunities for Students with Disabilities: Focus on Colleges and Universities," will be broadcast from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the main office of The Arc Northwest Indiana, 2650 W. 35th Ave.

Free and open to the public, this audio conference session will cover extracurricular athletic opportunities for students with disabilities at colleges and universities.

The presenters will provide practical advice on how colleges and universities can better integrate students with disabilities into mainstream athletic programs and as well as how to create adapted programs.
