HAMMOND | Olga Stiga, resident at Hammond Whiting Care Center and lifelong Whiting resident, celebrated her 101 birthday Feb. 25.

Surrounded by her family and friends Olga couldn’t wait for the cake to be cut or for "Happy Birthday" to be sung before she dug in for the first piece of cake.
