HAMMOND | On Thursday, Nov. 1, members of the Bishop Noll Institute marching band participated in the grand opening of the newly renovated McDonald’s restaurant located at 4745 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago.
Led by the school’s band director, Rocco Carioto, the students showcased their talents for guests and dignitaries who gathered at the new restaurant.
The BNI marching band is scheduled to appear in the Chicago Thanksgiving parade on Nov. 22. Last month, the Marching Warriors appeared in the city’s Columbus Day parade.
