HAMMOND | Recently, Centier's Hammond Community Panel teamed up with members of Grow NWI and installed a garden at Morton High School. It's a community project that will show students at Morton High School how to grow fresh vegetables and supply the veggies to needy families. Art Russell heads up the Centier initiative.
