Donate dresses to resale event

HAMMOND | Gamma Nu chapter of Kappa Kappa Kappa sorority will hold its 11th annual High School Prom Dress Resale from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 17 in Alumni Hall on the Purdue University Calumet campus, 2200 169th St.

A school student ID is required and all sales are cash only.

Gently used special occasion dresses can be donated to this sale, which provides affordable gowns to high school prom goers, and a tax deduction is available. Dresses may be dropped off at the Hammond Public Library, Munster branch of the Lake County Public Library, and the RainBow Connection in Munster.
