HAMMOND | An East Chicago man charged along with other alleged Imperial Gangster members has entered a plea agreement in Hammond federal court.

Eddie “Macho” Torres, 43, has agreed to plead guilty to a charge of conspiracy to participate in racketeering activity and a drug charge, federal court records show.
