Eagle Scout provides soaring example of cooperation

U.S. House Rep. Pete Visclosky, D-Ind., left, congratulates Lansing Boy Scout Kyle Bergfors on his Eagle Scout service project prior to a special ceremony Saturday at Hammond's Oak Hill Cemetery. Visclosky presented Bergfors with a U.S. flag, which once flew over the U.S. Capitol in Washington, to fly on the newly refurbished flagpole at the Hohman Avenue cemetery.
