HAMMOND | Friday, Aug. 3 is the deadline for prospective students to apply for undergraduate admission at Purdue University Calumet this fall. The fall semester begins Aug. 20.
Prospective new students, transfer students and those seeking to return to Purdue Calumet after an absence of two or more years must be admitted to the university to be able to register for fall classes. Prospective applicants must submit all necessary documents including a completed application by 4:30 p.m., Aug. 3.
The admission status of those individuals who do not complete the admission application process by Aug. 3 will be deferred to the spring semester, which begins in mid-January.
Prospective students can apply online at http://webs.purduecal.edu/admissions/students/. Admission acceptance is based on a review of all required documents. Prospective students also can phone 219/989-2213 or (toll free) 800/HI-PURDUE, ext. 2213 for assistance.
For currently admitted and enrolled students, registration continues for fall semester classes offered at Purdue Calumet’s Hammond campus and Academic Learning Center in Merrillville.
