HAMMOND | Free tickets are available to a screening of an inspiring movie about senior citizens who shatter expectations of aging, to be screened Friday morning at Purdue University Calumet, 2200 169th St.

“Age of Champions” focuses on a 100-year-old tennis champ, 86-year-old pole vaulter, octogenarian swimmers, and basketball-playing grandmothers.

Reservations are required by phoning the PUC Fitness Center at (219) 989-2175 today.

The screening is sponsored by the PUC Fitness Center and Healthways SilverSneakers Fitness Program.
