Hammond cops seek public's help in finding person of interest
HAMMOND | Police are asking for the public's help in finding 24-year-old James Heth.
The Hammond resident has two outstanding warrants — one for revocation of probation and one for failure to appear, Hammond Police Chief Brian Miller said. Both warrants relate to misdemeanor cases. Heth also is a person of interest in other crimes for which he has not yet been charged.
Heth, who is white, is 6 feet tall and weighs 143 pounds. He has been known to hang out in the 900 and 1100 blocks of Michigan Avenue as well as in downtown Hammond.
