HAMMOND | Mayor Thomas McDermott Jr. will speak at a general membership luncheon of the Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce on Feb. 27.

The luncheon will be held at Dynasty Banquets, 4125 Calumet Ave. Networking begins at 11:30 a.m. with lunch at noon.

Tickets to the luncheon are $18.
