HAMMOND | Lizette Martinez always dreamed of going to college.
Martinez, a resident of Chicago, IL, graduated from high school and referred to National College Funding Services (NCFS) after going to a Community College for four years where she graduated with a degree. After spending a year looking for a job, she finally came in for an interview with her parents.
NCFS was able to help her and her parents find all the money needed to further her medical education at the University of Illinois. She now has choices to make for that medical degree.
Martinez's parents are very happy and have reduced their stress level due to the wonderful guidance that was given by NCFS.
"We give guidance and are prepared to help each student from beginning to end," said Risel Maldonado, NCFS regional marketing director. "NCFS has millions of dollars in scholarship money to give away to anyone willing to take their assessment test."
NCFS is a not-for-profit organization that helps students without charging. They have many sponsors that donate money for the scholarships.
