HAMMOND | Help support Haven House by attending the second annual Overstock Sale from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Jean Shepherd Community Center, 3031 Mahoney Drive.
There will be more than 15 different vendors with merchandise priced to sell.
Albert’s Jewelers will also be on site buying old and unwanted silver and gold items, with cash paid on the spot.
Most importantly, Haven House’s famous taco dinners will be available for purchase and carryout.
There is a $5 admission charge at the door. Proceeds will benefit the Haven House Transitional Housing for battered women and children.
