Unified regional voice will propel travel, tourism

The Indiana Welcome Center in Hammond has been transformed into a winter wonderland Saturday as hundreds flocked to see dozens of Christmas trees, and of course, Santa Claus. Cast members from "A Christmas Story" performed as hundreds milled about looking at sets of miniature mechanized figures from scenes in the movie, dozens of decorated Christmas trees, and other activities for kids and the family.
