HIGHLAND | Family and friends of the Best of Highland finalists, as well as the public, are encouraged to attend the March 7 awards ceremony at Wicker Park Social Center, 2215 Ridge Road, to support those who make Highland a better place to live and work.
The Highland Chamber of Commerce will announce a winner in each category at the 6 p.m. event - Chamber Board Member, Chamber Volunteer, Business Person, Beautification, Civil Servant, Fire Department, Parks Department, Police/VIPS, Public Works Department, and School Town of Highland.
In addition to the Best of Highland Awards, participating chamber restaurants will be showcasing their cuisine as well as competing for the Best Restaurant Award, which will be announced at the end of the night.
Tasting and networking will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., with awards presented from 8 to 9 p.m.
Tickets are $40 each, with a cash bar available. RSVP to the chamber at (219) 923-3666 by Monday. Sponsorships include a table of 8 (includes Power Point ad) for $400, and a half table (includes Power Point Ad) for $200.
