HIGHLAND | The Highland Fire Department will hold its annual open house from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Fire Station 1, 2901 Highway Ave.
Featured demonstrations include side-by-side burns, high-angle rope rescues, extrications and a K-9 demonstration. There will be firetruck rides and obstacle courses for children.
