HIGHLAND | Police are searching for a woman accused of robbing a pharmacy at gunpoint Wednesday morning.
The woman walked into Doctor's Pharmacy, 2727 Highway Ave., at 11:46 a.m. and slipped a worker a note demanding drugs and cash, according to a news release from Highland police. The woman showed the worker a handgun she had tucked into her pants.
The worker gave the woman drugs and cash, according to the release. She left on foot.
The suspect is described as a thin woman in her mid-20s to 30s. She was last seen wearing a black hat, a gray camouflage sweatshirt, a bright orange tank top and black pants.
