HIGHLAND | The town will host a home decorating contest.
Entry forms are available at the Lincoln Center and are due Dec. 9. The contest is open to Highland residents.
The Highland Park Board will judge entries on Dec. 13. The first-place prize is $50. Second and third place finishers will receive $25. Cash prizes also will be given for honorable mention, best new entry, best use of theme and best use of color.
