HIGHLAND | Highland Chamber of Commerce members recently welcomed two new restaurants to the community with ribbon cutting ceremonies. Qdoba Mexican Grill, 10439 Indianapolis Blvd., offering, soup, salad and Mexican favorites, served a Grand Opening Preview Lunch for Highland chamber members to enjoy. Sabor Restaurant & Tequila Bar, 2907 - 45th St., featuring authentic tapas, Latin American and Spanish cuisine, offered tapas.
