HOBART | Police are seeking residents' help identifying a man they believe was involved in a Jan. 24 crime.

The man, whose photo was captured on a video surveillance camera, was involved in a fraudulent credit card transaction, police Detective Nick Wardrip said.

The man bought $9,000 in gift cards during the transaction, Wardrip said.
