Come to “Dancing Thru The Decades” on March 23 at Rosser Hall 1421 W. 37th Ave., Hobart. Sponsored by the Hobart High School Alumni Association, tickets are $20 per single and $35 per couple and are available at Hobart High School, School City of Hobart Administration Office, or at the door.
Tickets include a sandwich and beverage. A cash bar will be available. Doors open at 7 p.m., with dancing from 8 to 11. All proceeds will be used for scholarships.
St. Pat's Day social
A St. Patrick’s Day Ice Cream Social will be held March 15 at Millers Senior Living, 5011 Lute Road, Portage. Shamrock shakes and Luck of the Irish will be served, sponsored by First Source Bank.

Maple Syrup Time
Enjoy Maple Syrup Time from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Deep River County Park, 9410 Old Lincoln Highway, Hobart. There will be tours showing the entire process. Lenten worship
The final “20 Minutes with God” community Lenten worship service will be held at 12:05 p.m. Monday at First United Methodist Church, 654 E. Fourth St., Hobart. Speaker is Pastor Roy Richardson of Hobart Church of the Nazarene.

Spring Fest
School City of Hobart will hold its annual Spring Fest at Hobart High School, 2211 E. 10th St., starting at 5 p.m. March 22. All proceeds go to support early education programs.
There will be activities for senior citizens two hours before the 5 p.m. opening. Cost for seniors is $10, which includes activities and a fish dinner. Cost for the fish dinner alone is $8.

The latest Hobart Police Department newsletter warns people who receive a call from the “Do Not Call Registry” to hang up at once, since that registry never mam,es calls to citizens they never call for any reason. Instead, this is someone trying to get personal information from the person who receives the call. Never give out personal information to strangers.
