HOBART | The Hobart Police Department Drug Abuse Resistance Education program is inviting all fifth-grade D.A.R.E. graduates to walk or ride their bikes in the Fourth of July parade starting at 10 a.m. at Mundell Field.

Each student participating will need a permission form signed by a parent/guardian.

Forms are available at the Hobart Police Department, 705 E. 4th St.

Completed forms must be returned to the station no later than 4 p.m. July 3.
