HOBART | Police are accusing a 25-year-old Hobart man of selling stolen merchandise he received from a friend at a pawn shop.
Michael Alan Gee was charged with receiving stolen property through Lake Criminal Court.
Gee was brought in by Hobart police for questioning Monday in connection with a television taken from a Hobart house on Ohio Street.
Gee told police had sold the stolen television at EZ Pawn at the request of his friend Antonio Moreno and the two split the $450, court documents state.
Moreno was charged with three counts of theft in connection with the television and jewelry he's alleged to have taken.
