HOBART | Charlotte Sills will serve as the new president of the Hobart Park Board.
Sills, who was named to the position Monday, replaces member John Hevel.
Hevel was named to serve as secretary for the coming year, and member Thomas Ehrhardt Jr. will be vice president.
Meetings are at 6 p.m. the second Monday of the month at City Hall, 414 Main St.
