HOBART | Two house burglaries believed unrelated were reported to police on Wednesday night, police Sgt. Jeremy Ogden said.
The first burglary was reported at 8:30 p.m. in the 7900 block of Bracken Parkway.
Two television sets and a video recorder were reported taken after forced entry was made and the house ransacked, Ogden said.
The second burglary was reported at 9:30 p.m. in the first block of East 3rd Street.
Items reported taken in that break-in included four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figures, two Batman toys, an autographed Ryne Sandberg baseball card, DVDs, electronic games, a TV set and $300 in cash.
