Hobart youth, 12, helps police pay for canine officers

Spencer Moravec, 12, of Hobart, sits with Hobart Police Cpl.  Simon Gresser and his canine partner, Scout. Spencer has come up with a design for a T-shirt he is selling in an effort to assist the Hobart police canine unit. The fundraising effort is called Paws for a Cause.
