HOBART | Indiana University Northwest students left Hobart on Wednesday, Nov. 28. These I.U.N. students are taking classes and have to visit different schools.
During the first of three different visits, Indiana University Northwest students are learning the real deal about teaching a real class. They will be going to student teach around the area and they are all set for student teaching with the help of Joan Martin fifth grade teachers.
They are so exited about teaching a real class. These student teachers were very good at getting along with the students. Mr. Roccaforte played football with students in Mrs. Steege's class.
"I enjoyed playing football one day with Mr. Roccaforte," Matthew B. said.
Another I.U.N. student said that she loved the school and if there was a job opening here in Joan Martin Elementary that she would take it. When Mrs. Sanders was interviewed she said that at first she thought teaching fith grade was going to be scary, eventually when she started teaching she wasn't scared anymore of fifth graders.
