HOBART Teacher Stefanie Osika leads her kindergarten class in "brain warm-up" exercises Wednesday morning at The Early Learning Center at George Earle Elementary School. ELC now houses 10 full-day kindergarten classes, part of the innovative initiative of Hobart's Superintendent of schools, Peggy Buffington as she works to meet high expectations and standards for education with fewer dollars.
