HOBART | Center for Possibilities has open registration for preschool aged children with disabilities to participate in summer camps. Camp 1 is VBS Has Got Talent, (June 3-13). Camp 2 is Under the Sea Camp (June 17-27). Camp 3 is Sports and Fitness Camp (July 8-18). Camps 1, 2 and 3 are Monday thru Thursday, 8:30-1:30. Camp 4 is Let’s All Play Toddler and Parents and offers two sessions. Session one is Mondays and Wednesdays, (July 22 – 31), and session two is Tuesdays and Thursdays, (July August 1). Each session is 9-11 am. All camps are held at Center for Possibilities, 22 Tyler Street, Hobart.

At Camp 1, campers will enjoy singing, praise and worship, games and crafts as part of this fun-filled experience. Camp 2 promises a fantastic voyage where campers will explore the wonders of life under the sea and enjoy playing games and creating their own sea creatures. Camp 3 is an action-packed, fun sports camp, in a non-competitive arena, where campers will learn about a variety of sports and good sportsmanship and how good nutrition helps fuel their bodies. Every camper will earn their very own gold medal. Camp 4 is a semi-structured playgroup designed for parents and their toddlers (18 mos.-35 mos.) with or without disabilities. Activities are planned by a Developmental Therapist and include group and story time, arts and crafts, music and movement, outdoor playground, science exploration, sensory, pretend play and snacks.
