Snedecor employs assistant to seek grants, do research

HOBART | Hobart resident Bob Fulton has been hired as the mayor's assistant, Mayor Brian Snedecor said.

Fulton, who serves as sanitary district president, began working on a part-time basis for the city at the beginning of the month, Snedecor said.

Fulton's job will focus on conducting research and looking for grants to bring development and money to the city.

Snedecor said Fulton, who previously served on the city's Plan Commission, is working 20 to 24 hours a week for the city at an hourly wage of $21.
