LAKE STATION | There will be a "Bellabration" at Bellaboo’s Play and Discovery Center when the Bellaboo’s New Year’s Eve Royal Ball and Family Celebration takes center stage on New Year’s Eve, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Regular admission prices apply. "Royal Dress" code recommended. Call (219) 963-2070 or see www.MyBellaboos.com. Bellaboo’s is also open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. New Year's Day.

The "Bellabration" line-up includes:

11 a.m. -  Kids make and enjoy a New Year’s float for a “bubbly” toast

11:45 - Royal games for King Bellaboo’s Kids Court

Noon -  Big Balloon Drop

1:30 p.m. - Noise making and New Year’s Eve Parade

2:30 - Kids make and enjoy a New Year’s float for a “bubbly” toast

3 - Dragon Finger Play and "The Princess & the Pea" Story Time

3:45 - Royal games for King Bellaboo’s Kids Court

4 - Big Balloon Drop

5 - Royal Flush Goodbye Parade

Designed especially for age 9 and younger and operated by the Lake County Parks and Recreation Department, Bellaboo’s Play and Discovery Center is at Three Rivers County Park at 2800 Colorado St.

Children enjoy activities like water table, train play, face painting, pizza parlor, grocery store, art studio and a multi-level play structure.
