LOWELL | The town is accepting applications from residents interested in serving on government boards and commissions.
There will be positions open on the Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals and the Police and Redevelopment commissions. There also are openings on the Traffic Commission, Historic Preservation Board and Annexation Committee.
Applicants must turn in a completed forms by 4 p.m. Sunday.
Applications are available at Lowell Town Hall or can be downloaded from the town's website at www.lowell.net.
