LOWELL | Nomination forms must be submitted by Thursday for the second annual Lowell High School Alumni Hall of Fame induction.
The ceremony is scheduled for April 21.
The hall recognizes those alumni who have made significant contributions to society, have been presented high honors or who have attained notable advanced education degrees.
Nominees must have graduated from Lowell High at least 15 years ago. They must have had significant career accomplishments or have greatly impacted the community or greater society.
Nominations may be made in two categories, those who graduated within 15 to 49 years and those who graduated 50 or more years ago.
