If convicted of burglary, a Class C felony and criminal mischief, a Class A misdemeanor, Joseph C. Sepulveda faces a maxim term of nine years in prison.

Lowell police responded on Feb. 28 to a report of forced entry into the Smart Shop Gas Station on Mills St. A suspect was caught on video surveillance tape entering the station between 11 p.m. and midnight Feb. 27 taking $2,200 in lottery tickets, police said.
