CROWN POINT | A 21-year-old Lowell man on Tuesday admitted to sexually touching two teenage girls at his home on separate occasions, according to a plea agreement.
Keegan Hernthaisong, then 18, invited the girls, each then 14, to his home between June and October 2010 and touched them in a sexual way to arouse himself, court documents state.
Hernthaisong pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, both felonies, and agreed to serve 18 months in prison and 18 months on probation, documents state.
Hernthaisong's sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 5 before Lake Criminal Court Judge Salvador Vasquez.
