LOWELL | The Lowell Police Department is seeking donations throughout November for its first Cops and Kids holiday shopping event.
Lowell police take preselected children/families shopping for clothing and gifts with money donated from businesses, organizations and residents.
To make a donation, make checks payable to the FOP Lodge 186. Make a notation in the memo line that it is for Cops and Kids and mail checks to the Lowell Police Department, care of Cpl. Robert Hornickel.
