LOWELL | The public is invited to an open house reception for Sandy Morgan, the retiring Lowell Public Library director.
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 14, everyone is welcome to stop in to honor and thank Morgan for her years of service to the community.
Among her many achievements, Morgan was an active lobbyist downstate, supporting local libraries rather than consolidated library systems.
