LOWELL | A meeting to discuss Lake Prairie Elementary School's accountability ranking from the Indiana Department of Education will be held 6:30 p.m. Monday.

A plan of action for addressing students' needs as indicated from the state will be discussed.

The two-hour program will be in the school gym.
