MERRILLVILLE | The Merrillville Intermediate School Spell Bowl Team placed 15 out of 94 Blue Class Schools in the State of Indiana! With 48 out of 56 points scored! They had three Perfect Rounds from Brian Dilosa Jr., Mikayla Lemons, and Kiersten Pena. Three students had Near-Perfect Rounds; they were Isaiah Henderson Jr., Aliyah Mclain, and Joshua Milla.
The Regional Spell Bowl was held at MIS last night. 18 teams from around the region participated.
