MERRILLVILLE | Town Councilman Tom Goralczyk has asked the town's Stormwater Utility to investigate a drainage issue on 73rd Avenue west of Whitcomb Street.
Goralczyk said water collects in the middle of the road, and motorists often have to drive around it.
He thinks a box culvert is needed to address the issue.
