MUNSTER | Hearts In Motion has relocated its resale shop from Highland to 1834 45th Ave., Munster.
A Grand Opening Celebration is planned for 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday, featuring food, a silent auction, activities for children and live bands.
Home Depot in Schererville took on the build-out of the new store and office as a community service project. The store donated materials and labor to make the building suitable for the resale shop and main office. A special presentation to honor the store and its staff is planned for 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

Store hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.Tuesdays and Thursdays. The store is closed Sundays.
The store accepts donations of household items, clothes, shoes, jewelry, electronics, toys, baby items and furniture. All donations are tax deductible.
Proceeds support local community organizations and women’s shelters, along with helping children and those in need in Central and South America.
