CROWN POINT | Alzheimer's & Dementia Services of Northern Indiana will hold its annual Family Fundraiser Walk on May 18 in Crown Point.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. with a complimentary continental breakfast and music. The walk itself begins from Franciscan Communities, 203 Franciscan Drive, and will cross over to the South Gate of the Lake County Fairgrounds, at Franciscan Drive and Court Street, where the walk will continue.
All monies raised will be used locally to support all of ADSNI's free services, such as free monthly informational classes, support groups, a lending library, respite scholarships for those who qualify, a 24-hour toll-free help line (888-303-0180), quarterly newsletters, web site (www.alz-nic.org) and more.
Join supporters as individuals or teams and walk at your own pace; family, friends, children and pets are welcome. Contact Leona Bachan at (219) 789-2470 with any questions.
