SCHERERVILLE | The Omni Annual Open Racquetball Tournament will take to the nine courts March 2 at Franciscan Omni Health & Fitness, 221 U.S. 41.
The tournament may expand to March 3 if the number of participants warrants more court time. Members and nonmembers are welcome.
With cash prizes totaling $1,100, the tournament will award players for first and second in Open Divisions. Events include: Age, Skill, Doubles, Mixed Doubles and Juniors. Help is available for those looking for a partner.
Participants 17 and younger must have a parent present to play.
Entry fees vary by division, and include use of locker room facilities and hospitality room. Each player can play in up to three divisions.
Register by mail postmarked by Friday, in person at the club, by phone until Monday, or online at www.R2sports.com through Tuesday.
