ST. JOHN | To help celebrate the Easter season, the St. John Chamber of Commerce is busy preparing for its annual Breakfast with the Easter Bunny. This special children’s event will take place Saturday at St. John VFW Post 717, 10400 W. 93rd Ave. The event will begin at 8 a.m., with breakfast served until 9:30. The meal, catered by Comforts Catering, includes scrambled eggs, sausage, diced potatoes, French toast sticks and more. The Easter Bunny will visit from 8:30 to 9:30. Each child will receive a bag filled with goodies. Tickets are $5 per child and $6 per adult, and must be purchased in advance at Standard Bank and Centier Bank, both in St. John.
