HOBART | Westfield Southlake mall officials on Wednesday announced three new tenants: Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant in summer and retailers Akira and Teavana in spring.

Cooper's Hawk, which has its main production facility in Countryside, Ill., will bring an estimated 125 new jobs, said Lia Osburn, Westfield Southlake director of marketing. Cooper's Hawk opened its first restaurant and winery in 2005.

Chicago-based Akira specializes in men's and women's apparel. Teavana is a retailer of fine teas and is based in Atlanta.
