WHITING | The Whiting-Robertsdale Chamber of Commerce will host its Installation Dinner on Feb. 23 at Dynasty Banquet Center.

Former Chicago Bears player Otis Wilson will be the featured speaker at the banquet. The silent auction begins at 6 p.m. with dinner at 7 and entertainment at 8.
