LAPORTE | You may ask yourself: What Happens In The Library When The Lights Go Out? The answer is an annual program that attracts patrons to the Main Library location to walk through after it’s closed and discover a cast of characters waiting to meet them. This year's program, being held Friday, October 25 from 6:30pm-8:30pm, features mythological creatures including unicorns, dragons, giants, and even the Gruffalo.

Children are encouraged to wear costumes, but it is not required to participate in this free event that is sure to be an exciting time for the whole family. This event has been very popular over the years and has brought hundreds of participants within the two hour time period each year that it has been held.
